Delegate to the Consultation, 1835. Signer of the Texas Declaration of Independence, 1836. Member of the Congress of the Republic, 1841-42. Chief Justice of Refugio County, 1843-47. Born in Georgia, December 7, 1808. Died January 13, 1850.
